God’s wordless word

Spend some time each day with your heart.

Walk barefoot on the grass, lie on your back and gaze for an hour at the clouds while your mind grows still;

tell someone you love that you love them, remember who you are, remember that you are love, too…

In all the unfolding horrors of the world apparently unravelling before our eyes, keep a still center;

remember that your energy is not unlimited;

remember that you are here, too, to heal and grow:

therefore take yourself by the hand with kindness, with joy, and with wonder at being alive on this beautiful planet that is our only home…

I NEED TO TAKE MY OWN BEST ADVICE! Surprise, surprise… We teach what we need to know…

Just WHO actually wrote this just now, did “I” or did the still small voice of the Overself, of…dare I say it, of Spirit?
